Cookies and Ice Cream Cake

This recipe is very suitable to be used as a perfect non-roasted dessert for warm summers. And best of all, you only need 5 ingredients that you can buy at the store. I really like this cake. I'm a cake lover. Taken together for a dessert that was extraordinary.


Ingredients

• 36 oreo cakes
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 1 cup of condensed milk
• 500 ml thick cream
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Steps

1. Take 24 Oreo cookies then remove all cream from the cookies and set aside. After that place this cookie in a zip lock polybag and then destroy all these cookies by using a rolling pin.
2. These cookies must be small in size, but not soft crumbs.
3. Then this mixture can be put into a bowl, with the addition of 4 tablespoons of butter, stir the mixture until evenly mixed.
4. Place the butter paper on the baking pan, pour the cake mixture into the baking pan. Then press the cake mixture to form a crust.
5.  In another stirring bowl, you can add cream, then shake using a mixer until smooth.
6. Add condensed milk, cake cream and vanilla extract, then stir evenly.
7. Mash or crush the remaining 12 dry oreo then add a cream mixer into it. then mix well. pour this mixture into the cookie crust.
8. Leave it for about 8 hours until the mixture cools.
9. Then you can cut this cake to your taste.
