Ingredients

  • 6 ounces of Chocolate (dark or white)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Box of red velvet cake mix
  • (plus ingredients in the box - eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 Box of Fudge Brownie Mix
  • (plus ingredients in the box - eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 bottle (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pk (8oz) Cream cheese
  • 1 container (8oz) Cool Whip

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and whipped cream. Microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and immediately start beating until the chocolate mixture is smooth. Let it cool for about 15 minutes. Then chill until tight. This takes between 30-45 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mixture with the list of ingredients on the box. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Pour the mixture into the 9 "x13" pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mixture with the ingredients listed in the box. Stir until all ingredients are mixed. Pour the brownies mixture over the red velvet mixture.
  5. Bake in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes. I bake mine for about 28 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool for at least 15 minutes.
  6. While the cake is still warm, take the tip of a wooden spoon or other round object and make a hole in the top of your cake.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk cans over the cake and let it soak in the cake until the cake has cooled. Allow it to cool completely.
  8. When the cake is cold, prepare a chocolate cream cheese topping.
  9. Remove the hardened chocolate from the refrigerator and combine it in a mixing bowl with cream cheese. Beat at medium speed for a few minutes until combined well.
  10. Add whipped cream and stir until smooth. Cool the cheesecake frosting until it's ready to be served. Spread it on the cake.
  11. After adding the cheesecake frosting, the cake must be refrigerated.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
