Then the delicious lemon flavor comes from lemon zest and fresh lemon juice. Here are the recipe details:

  • Melt the butter and white chocolate, then shake until smooth.
  • Mix sugar followed by eggs.
  • Then gently fold the flour, lemon zest, and lemon juice.


The whole thing is poured in the pan that has been prepared, and then we are ready to bake. All of them are mixed by hand, which makes the bars very dense and fudgy.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 ounces of white chocolate
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

Lemon Glaze Cheese Cream

  • 2 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 - 1.5 cups of powdered sugar


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F degrees. Cover an 8x8 inch pan with baking paper, or line with aluminum foil and a little oil.
  2. Add butter and white chocolate to a glass and microwave bowl for 30 seconds, stirring between each until it melts.
  3. Stir in sugar, followed by eggs. Make sure the mixture isn't too hot or you can stir the eggs.
  4. Gently fold on the lemon rind and lemon juice, then fold in the flour.
  5. Pour the mixture into a prepared skillet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top looks cooked.

Lemon Cream Glaze Cheese

  1. Beat with cream cheese and lemon juice until soft.
  2. Slowly shake it in sugar powder until the desired sweetness is achieved.
  3. Ice the cold lemon brownies, then garnish with lemon slices and lemon zest.
