COOKIES AND CREAM ICE CREAM CAKE

A dessert that will be very interested in your family, melts in the mouth and very delicious. Try this recipe for your upcoming party. Very easy but very luxurious.

Note:
~ Do it quickly when going to put the cake together, because ice cream is very easy to melt.
~ You can replace fruit with other fruit, cookies can be with Oreo, you can even delete the cookies in this list. Or maybe you can replace the ice cream with another taste.

Ingredients

• 1/2 9x4 inches chocolate cake pound of bread
• 1 liter of vanilla ice cream
• 9 Oreos
• 150 ml whipped cream (Optional)

Steps

1. Use wax paper to coat the baking sheet.
2. Then cut the pound cake into 3 parts.
3. Place the cake on the bottom of the paper lined with baking paper.
4. Pour 1/3 of the ice cream on the cake.
5. Spread the crushed biscuits or chocolate, Spread on the top of the ice cream, then press gently.
6. Repeat the above steps three times, so that they become three layers.
7. Press carefully the wax paper as a lid on the ice cream.
8. Wrap it in plastic and then freeze in the refrigerator overnight, or until it hardens.
9. Cover with whipped cream and also biscuits or chocolate. This part is optional.
10. The cake is ready to be cut and served.
