No Bake Blueberry Almond Granola Bars

This No-Bake Blueberry Almond Granola Bar is a simple and easy breakfast to start any day.

It's no secret that breakfast can be the most difficult food to be motivated to make and put on the table. Especially now when the new school year begins and everyone is trying to get back on schedule, it's more important than ever to find an easy breakfast recipe that I know everyone will like.

What I like most about this recipe is that this recipe really doesn't require roasting at all and it's actually good for breakfast or as a quick and easy snack for kids.
All you need is a few simple ingredients to make this delicious granola bar recipe!

What's the secret to making a really good homemade granola bar?
Can I give you a little secret? I have made many granola recipes in my life ... some have been good, some have not and some have left me hoping I will only find this recipe without a baked granola recipe before I try to make another recipe.
The flavor combination of blueberries and almonds is a perfect match made in heaven's taste. The natural sweetness of blueberries combined with crunch from almonds has an extraordinary texture.

Is the granola bar really healthy?
If you look at the list of ingredients, this grilled granola bar does not offer great nutrition which is a good start for the day.

And when you actually stop and compare it with store-bought breakfast choices, it's far better than giving children cereal with added sugar and preservatives.

What is the trick to prevent granola bread from breaking easily?
It was the only thing that annoyed my pet without making a grilled granola bar. On one hand, they are super easy, one bowl concoctions that don't require oven time, but on the other hand, they tend to break easily!

My trick? I keep it in the freezer! Once they are cut into bars, I keep them there, cut and freeze. So when it's snack time, I only take the bar about 10-15 minutes before snack time. That way they remain steadfast.

HOWEVER, if you don't want to plan the next 10-15 minutes, you can store it in the fridge and enjoy immediately.

How do you store the remaining granola blades?
If you have leftovers, you want to store them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge. They must last at least 10 days, but you probably won't have much left by then! Or you can store it in the freezer as we recommended above.
